Daily Supplements for Health and Corona Virus Support
Our bodies are an amazing creation with a built in immune system, but with the environmental toxins we encounter daily and the decline in our food’s nutrition, sometimes we need an extra boost, especially when there are extra threats, as there have been for the last couple of years.
Supplements you should be taking daily – ALWAYS: (Adults)

1.Vitamin C – Minimum of 5000mg -work up to 10,000mg by increasing by 1000mg per week, per bowel tolerance. If you get diarrhea, back off for a bit, then increase again slowly to 10,000mg, as tolerated. **There is no toxic amount of Vitamin C**
3. Selenium – 200mcg (micrograms) daily – You only need a very small amount (or here is a whole food Selenium option – Note: *contains shellfish)
4. Vitamin D3 – 5000 IU per day (here) + 15-20 minutes of sunshine daily, when possible
***VIRUSES CANNOT REPLICATE IN THE PRESENCE OF ZINC IN THE CELLS***
(This is what Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin do- force Zinc into the cells)
If you have COVID, STAY OUT OF THE HOSPITAL IF AT ALL POSSIBLE !!!

IF YOU HAVE COVID AND CANNOT GET HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE OR IVERMECTIN:
Along with the everyday supplements, you can take:
Quercetin – 1000mg (here) per day(also found in apples, berries, onions, and tea)
**Quercetin is the natural element that Hydroxychloroquine is derived from.
In order to patent a prescription drug, they have to alter a natural element just enough to make it “unnatural”, but to where the body still recognizes the element to be still beneficial . They cannot patent a natural element! It’s all about money, not health.**
80% of all FDA approved/ natural element based pharmaceuticals do this.
Quinine -(also very close to hydroxychloroquine) tablets or you can find it in Tonic Water
(Also see recipe below to make your own Quinine)
Wormwood (here) – an herb that is close to Ivermectin, if you can’t get it
CBD – is also shown to help prevent and aid in recovery of virus (here)
OPTIONAL – PREVENTION DOSES:
Hydroxychloroquine – 300mg 1x per week
Ivermectin – 12mg 1x per week
IF YOU HAVE BEEN JABBED:
STOP!!! And take this, along with other supplements.
* B Complex – (including B9 and B12) This will help repair any heart muscle tissue damage & also can help reverse heart disease, studies show’
Take 3-4 lemons and juice them. (keep juice for other uses)
Remove any pith from skins.
Do the same with 3 Ruby or other Grapefruit
Add the skins of each to a large pan with approximately 2.5 liters of water
Cover and simmer over low- medium heat for 3-3.5 has without lifting the lid, as quinine will escape in the steam
Let cool, continuing to keep covered
Once cool, bottle in airtight bottle and store in the refrigerator.
You can also freeze, if not using right away, or any extra.
Add 15ml to a glass of tonic water (preferably) *a brand without aspartame.
OR Pine Needle (or other) Tea
Take 2-3 times per day for prevention or up the dose, if symptoms
